Chapter 342 Collaboration Theo and Sierra arrived at the Gray Manor at 10:00 am. Upon learning that Edward was practicing his golf swing upstairs in his study, they headed straight up.

"Edward, we're back," Sierra called out brightly as she knocked on the door.

Less than half a minute later, the door opened, revealing a beaming Edward. He laughed, replying, "Con in, Sierra. Letknow if my poems have improved." "Dad." Theo frowned slightly at his words.

Edward froze for a second, after which he laughed even harder. "I keep forgetting you two are already married." Sierra grinned as she stepped into the study. She immediately showered compliments on the poems that were spread across the desk, coaxing Edward in such a manner that he laughed uncontrollably.

Theo stood to the side, unable to hide his smile.

When Benson's family arrived and saw the warm scene before them, their hearts sank. Remaining rooted in place, Benson had his gaze fixed on Sierra. He couldn't take another step.

Sophie, who was holding his arm, immediately noticed. Tightening her grip slightly, she forced a smile, saying, "Mr. Gray Senior, what were you discussing with Theo and Sierra? We could hear you laughing all the way from downstairs." "Exactly. What's the conversation about? Let us in on it, too," Jchimed in. This time, she didn't contradict Sophie. Instead, she squeezed in beside Edward, pushing Sierra aside to take her place.

Theo reached out to steady Sierra, who had nearly stumbled. His expression darkened, and a trace of displeasure flickered in his eyes. "Janet, you're already a grandmother. Try to have scomposure." Jwas speechless.

Being addressed as old so suddenly caused her to almost lose control of her temper. Awkwardly laughing, she commented, "I got ahead of myself." "Theo, Sierra, Jhas always been a bit carefree," Liam responded with a smile, attempting to smooth things over. "Don't take it to heart." Theo shot him a cold look.

Just then, Sierra gently patted his arm. "I'm thirsty. Cget swater with me." He understood she wanted to avoid Benson's family, so he left with her without another word.

Benson's gaze never left Sierra. As she moved, his body instinctively turned to follow her. Seeing this, Sophie felt a surge of frustration.

Jwasn't much of a conversationalist, and the other three weren't any better. Before long, Edward lost interest in chatting with them and simply led everyone downstairs for lunch.

Aside from Benson being overly focused on Sierra, the meal was relatively peaceful. Sophie and Jrefrained from causing any trouble due to Edward's presence.

It was already 1:00 pm when the meal ended. Everyone noticed that Edward looked a little tired, so they all tactfully suggested it was tto leave.

Before they left, Edward had someone prepare gift bags full of health supplements for Sophie and Sierra. Theo's and Benson's hands were full when they stepped out of the manor.

Theo placed the items into the trunk before walking around to the other side of the car. He opened the door for Sierra and even wrapped an arm around her waist to help her into the seat.

Benson stood not far away as he watched their every move with bitterness. His grip on the bags tightened, nearly crushing them.

Over at the Shaw residence, William had been in a good mood lately. He had also softened his attitude toward Xavier significantly.

"Dad, my teacher encourages students with the means to to findm internships, Gand intern at our company?" he asked casually, massaging William's shoulders. William didn't think much of it and agreed with a casual wave of his hand.

The next day, Xavier followed him to the company. At first, everyone m assumed he was just there to pass the time, and even William didn't expect much. However, Xavier remained humble, always seeking guidance whenever he didn't understand something.

Gradually, the employees began to change their opinions of him. Since he was the future heir of the Οπ company, they were more than happy to give him pointers whenever he asked.
